Louis Vuitton recently unveiled exclusive pop-up spaces in Shanghai and Beijing for its 2024 Spring/Summer men's collection. These spaces, now open to the public, feature a variety of items from the collection, including clothing, leather goods, accessories, and shoes.
This collection, the first under men's creative director Pharrell Williams, draws inspiration from the sun. It showcases design elements that reflect sun-inspired patterns, warm hues, and shimmering surfaces on both clothing and accessories. The pop-up spaces in China are bathed in gold, symbolizing the sun, with an interior inspired by the new season's themes, especially the iconic Damier checkerboard pattern, giving the spaces a modern, golden glow.
Additionally, in celebration of the forthcoming Chinese Year of the Loong, the exteriors of these pop-ups are adorned with Loong motifs, blending Chinese and French influences and embodying the brand's legacy of travel.
Simultaneously, the Louis Vuitton Maison in Chengdu Taikoo Li is presenting a special installation for the Loong Year. Adjacent to the historic Daci Temple, this location features two standalone buildings and an open courtyard, offering a fusion of retail, cultural, and lifestyle experiences.
