Respecting users' personal privacy is a fundamental policy of ConCall. ConCall promises not to disclose, modify, or reveal users' registration information and non-public content stored in ConCall services, except when ConCall believes it is necessary under the following circumstances:

Once you successfully register as a user, you will receive a password and an account. You will be fully responsible if you fail to safeguard your account and password, resulting in harm to you, ConCall, or third parties. Additionally, each user is responsible for all activities and events in their account. You may change your password at any time or terminate your old account and create a new one. Users agree that if they discover any illegal use of their account or security vulnerabilities, they will immediately notify ConCall.
Users explicitly agree that they use ConCall services at their own risk. ConCall expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether explicit or implied. ConCall does not guarantee that the service will meet users' requirements, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted services, the timeliness, security, truthfulness, or error-free nature of the service. ConCall disclaims all warranties, including the accuracy, timeliness, and smooth transmission of information downloaded or obtained through ConCall's product services. Users understand and accept that any information or materials obtained through ConCall's online shopping services, transaction processes, recruitment information, and so forth, are at their own discretion and risk. ConCall does not guarantee these services. Users will not receive oral or written advice or information from ConCall that is not explicitly guaranteed here.
ConCall is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from improper use of product services, online purchases of goods or similar services, online transactions, illegal service use, or changes made to user-transmitted information. These damages may harm ConCall's reputation, and ConCall has long anticipated the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, in order to ensure the normal operation of the website, ConCall may need to perform regular or irregular maintenance on the website, which may lead to interruptions in normal service. ConCall will make every effort to avoid service interruptions or limit the duration of interruptions to a minimum. In cases of force majeure or other uncontrollable reasons that lead to the crash or improper use of ConCall's online purchasing system, rendering it unable to be used normally, and causing users to be unable to complete ConCall shopping or losing relevant information and records, ConCall is not responsible.
Users have the right to use ConCall services as individuals. Users may only act as individual entities and may not represent a company or commercial entity without ConCall's consent. Users promise not to use ConCall services for sales or other commercial purposes without ConCall's consent.
Users are solely responsible for the content they post. User usage of the service must comply with all applicable international laws, national laws and regulations, and local laws and regulations applicable to the service.
(1) Users undertake:
(a) Violating the basic principles set forth in the Constitution;
(b) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(c) Harming national honor and interests;
(d) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, undermining ethnic unity;
(e) Undermining the country's religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(f) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, undermining social stability;
(g) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or instigating crimes;
(h) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
(i) Inciting illegal gatherings, associations, marches, demonstrations, or disturbing social order;
(j) Carrying out activities under the guise of non-governmental organizations;
(k) Containing content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, and any other content specified.
(a) Unauthorized access to computer information networks or the use of computer information network resources without permission;
(b) Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of the functionality of computer information networks;
(c) Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of data and applications stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks;
(d) Intentional creation and dissemination of computer viruses and other destructive programs;
(e) Other actions that endanger the security of computer information networks.
Users must not interfere with the services of ConCall in any way.
Users must comply with all other provisions and procedures of ConCall.
(2) Users shall bear legal responsibility for their actions during the use of ConCall services. The forms of legal responsibility that users shall bear include but are not limited to: compensating the injured party for damages caused by the user's actions and, if ConCall bears administrative penalties or compensation for infringement damages caused by the user's actions, the user shall compensate ConCall an equivalent amount. Users understand that if ConCall finds that the information they transmit clearly falls under one of the categories listed in the first paragraph of this article, according to Chinese law, ConCall is obligated to immediately stop transmission, keep relevant records, report to relevant state authorities, and delete the address, directory, or close the server containing the content.
(3) Users of ConCall's electronic bulletin services, including electronic bulletin boards, electronic whiteboards, electronic forums, online chat rooms, and message boards, which provide information posting conditions for internet users in an interactive manner, must also comply with the provisions of this article and ConCall's special rules for electronic bulletin services. The legal consequences and legal responsibilities described in the previous paragraph apply equally to users of electronic bulletin services. If a user's behavior does not comply with the service terms mentioned above, ConCall will make an independent judgment and immediately cancel the user's service account.
Users agree to protect and safeguard the interests of all members of ConCall, be responsible for paying legal fees arising from the user's use of services beyond the scope of service, compensation for damages resulting from a violation of the service terms, and other expenses incurred by others using the user's computer or account. Users or others using the user's account who infringe upon the intellectual property and other rights of third parties and result in claims by the injured party shall be the user's responsibility.
Users or ConCall may discontinue the service at any time based on actual conditions. ConCall has the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of one or more services to users without notice, and users have the right to unilaterally terminate the acceptance of ConCall's services without notice. After ending user services, the user's right to use ConCall services is immediately terminated. From that time onwards, ConCall no longer has any obligations to the user.
All notifications sent to users can be transmitted through email, regular mail, or by prominently posting them on the website. ConCall will use one of the above methods to communicate messages to users, informing them of changes to the terms of service, service changes, or other important matters.
Users may include promotional materials in their published information or participate in advertising planning on ConCall's services to showcase their products on ConCall's services. Any such promotional methods, including the transportation of goods, payment, services, business conditions, guarantees, and advertising-related descriptions, are unilateral promotional actions by the user. ConCall assumes no responsibility and has no obligation for such promotional information or promotional activities.
The definition of content on this website includes text, software, audio, photos, videos, graphics, and all content within advertisements. All of this content belongs to ConCall and is protected by copyright, trademark, label, and other property ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use this content with ConCall's authorization and cannot copy, reproduce, create derivative products related to this content, or create content that resembles it without authorization from ConCall.
If third parties reproduce content published by ConCall for non-commercial purposes outside of ConCall, they must indicate the original author and the original link.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and exclude the application of all conflict of law rules. In the event of a dispute, the user and ConCall unanimously agree to submit the dispute to the court in the location where ConCall is located.
