Nike is doubling down on its commitment to the China market with the launch of Icon Studios, a new in-house creative production studio based in Shanghai. The studio is set to produce high-quality content that reflects local cultural sensibilities, spanning everything from product photography and digital videos to social media campaigns and livestream content.
As Nike’s first in-house production arm in Greater China, Icon Studios represents a strategic step in localizing creative execution at scale and with speed. The studio will be led by Jason King, a former marketing executive at Apple Greater China, known for his expertise in brand storytelling and culturally attuned content creation.<
