Shiseido to Acquire Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare

Shiseido Company announced that Shiseido Americas Corporation, a subsidiary of Shiseido, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire DDG Skincare Holdings LLC, the owner of Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare brand which offers dermatologist-led, science-based prestige skincare that has revolutionized the beauty industry by bringing high-level products to consumers everywhere.

The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<
